In 2012 our Eisteddfod dates are:

Dance – 5th August – 19th August
Group Weekend – 10th(eve), 11th, 12th August
School Groups – 13th August

Speech and Drama – 20th August – 26th August

Vocal and Instrumental – 27th August – 9th September
Band Day – 5th September
School Choral Days – 6th & 7th September

Concert – Saturday, 15th September – 2.00 p.m.

Entries close 25th May, 2012

NEW ENTRY PROCEDURE FOR 2012 ORANGE EISTEDDFOD



In 2012, the Syllabus for the 2012 Eisteddfod will be online, using the GENI program.

The Eisteddfod Committee is confident that this will prove to be a more convenient way of entering the Eisteddfod.

Then go to: Participating Eisteddfods and scroll down to Orange Eisteddfod

Click on Enter Competition
Select a Discipline
View Schedule
View rules for each discipline you are entering.
Fill in the Contact Information

The first time you use GENI, you will have to sign up for a new account.

Once you have a user name and password, you can sign into GENI whenever you wish – so REMEMBER your user name and password.

Payment is by credit card.

Entries will not stay in the system unless you pay by credit card within 7 days (168 hours). If you have not paid online by this time, it means that your entry hasn’t been accepted. So, if you are unsure of your entries and need to double check, you have 168 hours before you need to confirm your payment.

Please familiarise yourself with GENI and if you need help, please contact us HERE and we will assist you.

Entries close on 25th May, 2012. Please don’t leave your entry until the last minute!

If you wish to use a paper entry, limited hard copies of the syllabus will be available from Landers Music, Orange Civic Theatre, and Kingfisher School Gear (only for Dance ).
